"THE SWEETS!" is an all-you-can-eat sweets event held over five days once a month. This edition centers on lemon and honey, with canelés, mousse, Basque cheesecake, and more available alongside a live cooking highlight — "Tarte au Citron with Honey Meringue" — prepared by the chef in front of guests.
