Sapporo Grand Hotel (Chuo-ku, Sapporo) is running a "Lemon & Honey Sweets Fair" from May 1 (Friday) to May 31 (Sunday), 2026. The fair brings lemon and honey-themed creations to three venues inside the hotel, spanning a sweets buffet, afternoon tea, and a bakery shop.

THE SWEETS! Sweets Buffet

"THE SWEETS!" is an all-you-can-eat sweets event held over five days once a month. This edition centers on lemon and honey, with canelés, mousse, Basque cheesecake, and more available alongside a live cooking highlight — "Tarte au Citron with Honey Meringue" — prepared by the chef in front of guests.
