The new item will roll out gradually at Seven-Eleven stores nationwide from July 7 (Tuesday).
Bibimbap is now joining the Tabi-suru CAFÉ BOX lineup, which has been gaining attention for letting people enjoy a little "travel mood" in the middle of a busy day. The dish uses authentic gochujang from Sunchang (淳昌), Korea's famous gochujang-producing region, delivering a bold umami-rich depth of flavor. Mochi wheat is also blended into the rice, providing a satisfying, slightly chewy texture along with a good dose of dietary fiber.
