Wooden Product Brand SKOP, Born From a Small Workshop, Unveils Second Release "SOLID CUTLERY"

SKOP, a product brand born from a collaboration between Yamagata woodworking studio Sato Kogei (佐藤工芸) in Tendo City and creative unit TENT, is adding a new item to its lineup. Following its first release of plates, the brand's second product is SOLID CUTLERY, spoons and forks essential to any meal. It goes on sale in the online store from Tuesday, August 25th, 2026.

Two Wood Types of Spoons and Forks

Light beech and dark walnut — the spoons and forks come in two types of wood. Each piece is finished with a urethane coating (a paint that meets Food Sanitation Act standards) and carefully finished one by one by craftspeople, giving it a smooth texture that's easy to use every day.

A Different Expression Front and Back

The front is flat, making it easy to scoop up food, while the curved back fits gently in the hand. This contrast between the two sides gives a stable grip and makes it easy to control the orientation while holding it.
