Commitment to Quality
Dedication to Soba
*Regarding gluten-free: The soba noodles, including the dusting powder, contain no wheat flour whatsoever. However, the naturally brewed soy sauce added to the kaeshi (sauce base) contains wheat flour.
Menu Lineup
FUTATSU recommends "cold" soba, which is said to best showcase the true potential of buckwheat noodles. FUTATSU is a soba restaurant that intentionally does not offer "kake soba" (hot soba in broth).
The restaurant offers a total of 8 varieties, including "bukkake" style soba (chilled soba with sauce poured over) and tsuke soba (dipping soba).
