Dedication to Soba

*Regarding gluten-free: The soba noodles, including the dusting powder, contain no wheat flour whatsoever. However, the naturally brewed soy sauce added to the kaeshi (sauce base) contains wheat flour.

The restaurant offers a total of 8 varieties, including "bukkake" style soba (chilled soba with sauce poured over) and tsuke soba (dipping soba).
