Sunshine 60 Observatory's "Tenbou Park" in Ikebukuro is running a rainy season event called "Tsuyu Biyori" from June 5 (Friday) to July 5 (Sunday). Whether it's a rainy day or a scorching summer day, families can enjoy this indoor sky park without worrying about the weather.
In the "Tenbounooka" area, which features artificial turf, the first period (June 5–21) will be decorated with roses to brighten rainy-day moods. The second period (June 22–July 5) shifts to hydrangeas, the classic flower of the rainy season. Alongside the floral displays, a variety of family-friendly workshops are planned throughout the event. The attached "Tenbou Park CAFE" will also offer limited-time drinks inspired by the seasonal flowers through June 25 (Thursday).

Additionally, on June 25 (Thursday) and 26 (Friday), a special "Baby Day" will be held for babies and their parents. Activities include a memorial handprint stamp, an adorable baby crawling race, and a childcare consultation session where parents can speak with a nutritionist and child psychology counselor about questions on baby nutrition, formula, baby food, and more.

Baby-Friendly Facilities at Tenbou Park
Tenbou Park is designed to welcome families with infants and small children. In a visitor survey conducted in December 2025, the overall satisfaction rate among guests with children under school age was 96.7% (※1), and 92.4% of respondents said their young children could enjoy the park safely (※2).
Inside the park, there is a dedicated "Crawling Space" reserved for children 18 months and under. The baby room (nursing room) is equipped with a baby seat (diaper changing table), a private nursing booth, a water heater for formula preparation, and a microwave. The Tenbou Park CAFE also offers baby food and kids' menus, making it easy for families with young children to spend a long, relaxed visit.

※1 The overall satisfaction figure is the combined total of "very satisfied" and "somewhat satisfied" responses among guests with children under school age.
※2 The figure for "children (under school age) can enjoy the park safely" is the combined total of "very satisfied" and "somewhat satisfied" responses to that specific question.
