Innovation Partners Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shinichiro Honda) has launched a pilot stay program for local residents at Suzuki Inn, a renovated historic accommodation facility in the Takada area of Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture.
This initiative aims to offer residents an early preview of the facility's attractions ahead of the full grand reopening scheduled for May 2026, while deepening community partnerships. The pilot stay program is open for participation through February 28, 2026.

About Suzuki Inn
Suzuki Inn has roots in the former Suzuki Ryokan, which served as a familiar lodging for travelers and merchants for over 100 years. After a decade of closure, the facility is now being renovated for its January 2026 restart.
With the concept of "an accommodation experience completed by exploring the town," Suzuki Inn is being developed as a multifunctional hub that combines lodging, coworking spaces, office functions, and tourist information services.
Background of the Pilot Stay Program
As part of reviving this historic inn, the company launched this program to express gratitude to the local community while also increasing awareness of the facility and strengthening community connections.
Although some construction work continues, the company chose to open the facility during the planning and preparation stages to share the completion process with local residents and cultivate excitement together.
The inn's revival is a collaboration with the Oshima Group, which operates diverse businesses based in Joetsu City and develops the "Jokoji Daimon Street Square," a tourism exchange area. Together, they are working on improving the landscape of Daimon Street, the approach to the nationally designated Important Cultural Property Jokoji Temple, and revitalizing surrounding facilities.

Future Outlook
This pilot stay program provides a glimpse of the "town-connected accommodation" that the new Suzuki Inn aims to create.
After renewal, Suzuki Inn will be reborn as a multifunctional lodging facility equipped with coworking spaces and tourist information services, serving as a hub for enjoying local food and culture.
The information hub for this initiative is the currently renovating Suzuki Inn. By transforming into a multifunctional facility, it will serve as a "town gateway" connecting the community with visitors.
