Tiger Corporation, known for its heat-control technology, is launching two new vacuum-insulated bottle series on September 1, 2026: the Vacuum Insulated Bottle MMP-V020/V030 and the Vacuum Insulated Bottle MMZ-V035/V050/V060.
Past customer surveys pointed to common complaints about bottles in general — that the inside is hard to wash, that the stopper is hard to clean, and that they're heavy. In response, the previous models (the MMP-W and MMZ-W series) adopted the one-piece らくらくキャップ, became dishwasher-safe, and used Tiger's proprietary spinning process (スピニング加工) to cut weight, becoming a long-selling lineup valued by many customers for combining easy care with easy portability.
The new MMP-V and MMZ-V models take that further. Tiger's spinning process thins the inner wall to an extreme degree, making them among the lightest screw-cap mug bottles with a one-piece seal*.

The One-Piece らくらくキャップ
The らくらくキャップ combines the seal and stopper into one piece. There's no need to remove and reattach the seal separately, so there's no risk of forgetting it, attaching it wrong, or losing it. The seal sits exposed, so a sponge reaches it easily and it's simple to clean.
The Whole Bottle Goes in the Dishwasher
There are only two parts to care for, and both are dishwasher-safe. Just rinse out the inside of the bottle, then put the body and the stopper in the dishwasher — easy care for everyday use.
