Cow Cow Kitchen is a "workshop-integrated" brand that serves freshly made premium sweets on-site, growing out of the well-established Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory lineup. The Milk Pie Azuki features the brand's signature crispy baked pastry shell, which encloses chunky red bean paste (tsubu-an) made from Tokachi-grown azuki beans alongside a gently sweet milk cream — crafted from Hokkaido fresh cream, mascarpone cheese, and condensed milk. The combination brings together the refined sweetness of Japanese red bean and the mellow richness of a Western-style milk cream.
