TREE HOTEL NIKKA Komono Launches New Room-Stay Plan for Families From ¥28,000

Splashing in the water, hunting for bugs, then setting off handheld fireworks together once evening comes.

Strolling through the illumination, and on clear nights, looking up at the stars as a family.

Kids should get to play as hard as they want. But on a trip, parents shouldn't have to push themselves too hard either.

So once the play is done, families can head straight to a room inside the building.

TREE HOTEL NIKKA Komono has introduced a new "room-stay" option built around exactly that kind of family trip.

Rates start from ¥28,000 per room.

At each family's own pace, with more freedom and more ease — it's a new way to spend a day at TREE HOTEL.

From Morning to Night, It's All Play for the Kids

"What should we play today?"

At TREE HOTEL NIKKA Komono, that's a decision families can make on the spot, based on the day's mood.

Kids can play freely in the kids' space, head outside to hunt for bugs, or splash in the water during the warmer months.

Overnight guests can use the kids' space until 9:00 PM, for an additional fee.

Evening doesn't mean playtime has to end.

BBQ while keeping an eye on the water play

Then, once night falls, families can light handheld fireworks or take a stroll together through the illumination.

On clear nights, they can look up and search for the stars.

The scenery looks completely different from daytime, and it's a moment guests can only enjoy by staying overnight.

Why BBQ Isn't Included in This Plan

BBQ is also a popular way to enjoy TREE HOTEL NIKKA Komono.

But BBQ with young children can come with its own challenges:

"It's tough to grill while watching the kids."

"There's still not much they can eat."

"They're too absorbed in playing to sit and eat."

That's why this plan deliberately leaves BBQ out of the room rate.

Add it on days the family wants to BBQ. Choose a different meal on days they don't.

Parents can go at their children's pace without overdoing it.

Meals are part of the choice too, so each family can pick the way of spending time that suits them.

Three Rooms, Each With Its Own Personality

Christmas Room interior

Christmas Room — from ¥30,000

8 tatami mats, up to 4 guests.

A room where guests can enjoy a Christmas atmosphere all year round.

With 4 guests, that works out to from ¥7,500 per person.

MIYABI room interior

MIYABI — from ¥35,000

8 tatami mats, up to 5 guests.

A room surrounded by vivid color, with a sense of being somewhere far from everyday life.

With 5 guests, that works out to from ¥7,000 per person.

Tipi Room interior

Tipi Room — from ¥28,000

6 tatami mats, up to 3 guests.

A room defined by the tipi set up inside it, designed to spark a childlike sense of wonder.

With 3 guests, that works out to from about ¥9,334 per person.

Every rate listed is a per-room price, not a per-person price.

The more guests staying together, the lower the cost works out per person.

Book all three rooms together, and up to 12 guests can stay at once — an option for multiple families traveling together or three-generation trips.

Keeping Things Simple for Parents, Too

Shared shower room

Overnight guests can use the shared showers for free and enjoy free drinks.

Bedding consists of futon mattresses that guests lay out themselves, self-service style.

Rather than adding a long list of extra services, the plan keeps things simple, with just what's needed.

That's part of how the room rate stays at a family-friendly ¥28,000 and up.

A Family Trip Worth Repeating

A family trip doesn't have to mean parents pushing themselves all day just to keep the kids entertained.

Kids can play as hard as they want. Parents can slow down a little.

Some days can include a BBQ. Other days don't have to.

Splashing in the water, hunting for bugs, lighting fireworks, and taking in the nighttime illumination together as a family.

And when everyone's tired, there's a room to retreat to.

A day that ends with the whole family saying "That was fun" — made a little easier to have.

Tree houses, tent stays, and now the new "room-stay."

TREE HOTEL NIKKA Komono now offers a third way to stay, so families can choose the style that suits them.
