In October 2026, the brand is opening a new property in Osaka's Shinsaibashi area: "unito OSAKA SHINSAIBASHI West," a 64-room hotel residence, will grand-open inside a building owned by Keihan Real Estate Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Chuo-ku, Osaka; President: Yoshihisa Michimoto).
The property is a renovation of the former ZONE SHINSAIBASHI WEST, redesigned for mid- to long-term stays. Keihan Real Estate owns the building, while the renovation design was handled by KEYBRACKET Inc. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Daisuke Sugawara).
Until the grand opening, the property continues to operate under its previous name, "ZONE SHINSAIBASHI WEST," run by Unito.

A Flagship Hotel Bringing "Staying as if You Lived There" to the Kansai Region
This is the brand's third property in the Kansai region and second in Osaka. It puts the "staying as if you lived there" concept into practice throughout, with a waiting lounge for guests to unwind on arrival, a shared kitchen, and rooms suited to group stays, so guests can spend their time comfortably at their own pace anywhere in the building. As a first for the brand, the property will also include a kiosk stocked with local specialty items. From one-night business trips to extended stays, it aims to offer comfort suited to each guest's style of travel.

The "Waiting Lounge" is a front-area space guests are free to use for check-in, meeting up, or simply relaxing.
