WAVE Holds First Pop-Up Store "AnOther View" in Daikanyama, Tokyo, From November 6 to 8

WAVE, an original brand run by Parente Co., Ltd. (株式会社パレンテ), will hold its first pop-up store, "AnOther View" (アナザー ビュー), at SPEAK FOR in Daikanyama, Tokyo. The three-day event runs from Friday, November 6 to Sunday, November 8, 2026.

Starting from contact lenses, WAVE works across fields such as apparel and sunglasses under the idea of "designing the way we see." The brand aims to offer more than clear vision. It also wants to open up points of contact with the emotions and culture that lie beyond the act of seeing, such as the excitement of catching sight of something beautiful or the feeling of an everyday view being renewed.

AnOther View is the brand's first multi-genre pop-up event, where visitors can experience WAVE's world with all five senses. The venue brings together the work of artist kubomi, who combines analog paint and digital methods to depict animals, plants, shifting light, and the moment flowers crumble from a microscopic point of view, using marbled patterns and blended colors. Vendors with their own perspectives will also take part, including a vintage shop, antique goods sellers, a natural wine shop, and a coffee stand. It is a weekend event in Daikanyama where visitors can drop in and discover something new to like.

Event Concept: "AnOther View"

Updating the usual scenery through someone else's eyes.

When the word "another" is split into "an other," a viewpoint other than your own comes into focus. The story a piece of vintage clothing carries, antiques that have lasted across eras, a portrait drawn through another person's eyes, and carefully chosen coffee and wine all offer that kind of viewpoint.

Encountering new culture and expression that you did not have within yourself changes how the world looks, if only a little. The event is held in the hope that, when visitors leave the venue and return to their familiar streets, they find scenery they did not know about yet in everyday life.
