The Windsor Hotel Toya Resort & Spa in Toya, Hokkaido, operated by The Windsor Hotels International (part of the Meikai Group), launched a revamped overnight stay plan with dinner and breakfast on January 4, 2026.
Unlike previous restaurant-specific plans, this new offering allows guests to select their preferred dining venue from Japanese, Western, or Chinese restaurants on the day of their stay, based on their mood and preferences.
Purpose and Background of the New Plan
Guests can choose from three types of cuisine for dinner—Japanese, Western, and Chinese—and two options for breakfast—Japanese and Western. This flexibility ensures that even guests staying multiple nights can enjoy different restaurants each evening without repeating their dining experience.
Available Restaurants
The new accommodation plan offers a choice of three restaurants: "Kappo Toji Sanka" for Japanese cuisine, "French dining Gilligan's Island" for Western cuisine, and "Chinese Cuisine La voûte" for Chinese cuisine.
