(headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo; Representative Director: 原川久司), has begun offering a new stay plan called the "Family Plan."
A Plan Built Around Three-Generation Stays
Staying together as a family with children may sound the same as any three-generation trip with parents and grandparents, but booking the Family Plan brings a real difference in price: children of elementary-school age normally stay at 70% of the adult rate, and under this plan that drops to 50%.
A Renovated Lounge, Now Full of Things for Kids to Enjoy
- Through the end of September, the large home-style pool set up on the second-floor rooftop balcony is open from 1:00 PM, ahead of the regular check-in time.
- Every child receives a complimentary amenity set with slippers, a toothbrush, and a body sponge.
- A ball pool, a manga corner, and a rest area are available for guests to use.
- A cotton candy machine, a shaved ice machine, and a blender are free to use, and the snack corner is all-you-can-eat.
- Baby beds and chairs in a range of heights for children are provided.

*While using the pool, a guardian must always keep an eye on their child to ensure their safety.
*Sugar, honey, lemon juice, ice, and syrup are provided free of charge at the cotton candy and shaved ice corner.

Why "Family Plan," Not "Parent-and-Child Plan"
The plan is called a Family Plan rather than a parent-and-child plan because it's designed with three-generation stays in mind — parents, children, and grandparents all traveling together.
Getting together on a day off, whether by visiting the grandparents or having them over, tends to leave one household carrying the load of preparing meals and bedding. Staying together as three generations at the hotel eases that burden, and it also opens up new ways to spend the time — heading out to nearby spots like SORA terrace or Jigokudani Monkey Park, or picking apples, grapes, or cherries in season at 信州中野小野リンゴ園. Fruit brought back to the hotel can even be turned into fresh juice with the blender. On hot days or when everyone needs a break, the kids' corner in the hotel lounge offers a relaxed spot to unwind.
