212 KITCHEN STORE, the kitchenware specialty store operated by Lifestyle Innovation Co., Ltd. of the WORLD Group, is marking the 25th anniversary of the brand's founding with an original collaboration collection featuring illustrator HONGAMA. About 70 items in total go on sale at stores nationwide from Tuesday, September 8, with early access at the official online store starting Thursday, September 3.

Since 2023, HONGAMA has created original illustrations for 212 KITCHEN STORE's in-store promotional banners over several years. Building on that relationship, the brand's 25th anniversary has brought about its first-ever collaboration on original merchandise.

The collection brings HONGAMA's surreal, humor-filled illustrations, born from a distinctive point of view, to everyday tabletop items that double as art pieces exclusive to 212 KITCHEN STORE. Alongside HONGAMA's popular "Ghost" character, the lineup features a range of original characters newly drawn for this project, including kitchen tools with various expressions.

About HONGAMA
After graduating from art university and working at a design company, HONGAMA began working as a freelance illustrator in 2015. Known primarily for surreal, humor-filled illustrations born from a distinctive point of view, HONGAMA also works across ceramics and animation, staying active across a wide range of genres.
