Crepe brand β STAND (operated by Minaret Inc.) has launched a new product, "Sweet Potato Parfait," in collaboration with JA Yokohama.
This product features "Beni Haruka," a sweet potato variety with exceptionally high sugar content, provided by JA Yokohama.
The long-aged Beni Haruka from JA Yokohama is carefully baked in-store at β STAND and generously incorporated as the centerpiece of the crepe.
β STAND's Unique Crepe Design That Brings Out the Sweetness of the Ingredients
What elevates the rich natural sweetness of Beni Haruka is β STAND's original sweet potato paste.
By adding an elegant butter sauce as a hidden ingredient, the sweetness gains depth and a lingering aftertaste.
Of course, the long-aged Beni Haruka is also used as a whole baked sweet potato inside the crepe. The baked sweet potato is also carefully roasted in-store, showcasing meticulous attention to detail.
Furthermore, the crepe is layered with special sweet potato-flavored ice cream and fragrant baked sweet potato chips, finished with sugar powder reminiscent of powdered snow.
It's a visually striking crepe that allows you to experience the multi-layered appeal of Beni Haruka while evoking the imagery of winter scenery.

"Sweet Potato Parfait" goes on sale at β STAND from 12/26
Sales Begin 12/26. Limited Period Sale at Keio Department Store from January.
In-store sales begin December 26, 2025.
The product will be available at β STAND's main store and at the "61st Original Famous Ekiben and Nationwide Delicacies Fair" held at Keio Department Store in January.
