The specialty donut shops HOCUS POCUS, with locations in Nagatacho and Omotesando in Tokyo, are releasing their new March 2026 donut lineup.
This month's theme is "Fruit." With flavors of apricot and peach, blueberry, orange, lemon, and apple, the shops have put together a spring-ready lineup that captures the fresh fragrance and light acidity of ripe fruit.
Behind the soft sweetness lies a refreshing lingering taste. As the scent of fruit fills the air, spring quietly arrives.
■ Apricot Peach (Steamed) [Nagatacho exclusive]
A steamed donut where the refreshing, elegant sweetness of apricot and the rich aroma of peach intertwine. The sweet aftertaste that spreads with each gentle bite evokes the beginning of spring.
■ Blueberry (Mochi Dough) [Available at both Nagatacho and Omotesando]
A soft, chewy mochi dough paired with the acidity of white wine-soaked dried blueberries. A hint of dill adds a light touch, creating a refreshing yet slightly sophisticated flavor.
■ Orange × Pink Pepper (Old-Fashioned) [Omotesando exclusive]
Refreshing orange fragrance is complemented by a subtle spice from pink pepper. The citrus acidity and gentle kick layer beautifully over the sweetness. A grown-up donut that lets you enjoy the juiciness of fruit and a playful aromatic accent.

The Nagatacho store has been used as a filming location for a popular title, and the number of visitors stopping by as part of a "sacred site pilgrimage" has been growing. The space has become a place where people can enjoy both the story's lingering atmosphere and the fragrance of spring fruit.
