Cinagro, an organic food brand operated by Yakuryo Development Co., Ltd., is adding two new flavors to its popular calzone series sold at department store food halls. From April 1, the brand is rolling out Homemade Bacon & Corn with Tomato Cream Sauce and Homemade Genovese with Cream Cheese, with sales extending to Bio c' Bon organic supermarkets as well.
Cinagro's calzones are made with organic wheat and natural yeast dough, giving them a chewy texture. Fillings are hand-wrapped by artisans, and all cheeses carry international organic certification. Vegetables used are either organically certified under Japan's JAS standard or grown without chemical pesticides or fertilizers during cultivation. No food additives are used in production.
Homemade Bacon & Corn with Tomato Cream Sauce

This calzone combines homemade bacon, sweet corn, onion, and homemade tomato cream sauce. The natural sweetness of the corn and the savory depth of the bacon create a familiar, crowd-pleasing combination that appeals to a wide range of ages. The generous filling also makes for a satisfying meal.

Homemade Genovese with Cream Cheese
This calzone brings together two sauces — homemade genovese pesto and a refreshing cream cheese sauce. The addition of homemade semi-dried tomatoes enhances the flavors of both the basil and cream cheese, resulting in a layered, complex taste.
