This spring, the high tea features strawberries from appetizers to desserts, showcasing the rich aroma, elegant sweetness, and fresh, refreshing flavor of this beloved fruit. The experience includes free-flow champagne "Veuve Clicquot," along with 7 types of original cocktails and 12 varieties of tea. Additionally, there's an all-you-can-eat selection of carefully chosen strawberries (2 varieties) and fruits (2 varieties), depending on availability. Guests can enjoy strawberries in various ways: comparing different varieties, topping them on dishes and desserts, or adding strawberries to champagne glasses to create strawberry champagne.
The tiered stand features 5 types of appetizers, including duck and foie gras mousse pincho that pairs perfectly with fresh strawberries, and smoked salmon with caviar and strawberry tartar that balances salty and acidic flavors. For the fish course, herb-crusted Spanish mackerel is served with strawberries and anchovies. The main dish showcases roasted domestic beef with fresh strawberries and a rich sauce. For dessert, a parfait topped with macarons is served, which guests can customize with strawberries and other toppings to their liking.
