During the five days from December 27 to 31, sales reach approximately 2,000 servings per day (approximately 10,000 servings total over five days), about five times the usual volume, with many customers enjoying Okinawa soba as their year-end tradition.
Okinawa soba noodles come in various regional variations, including basic medium-thick noodles, flat noodles, curly noodles that catch broth well, and round noodles common in the Yaeyama Islands. Content quantities range from 180g to 500g, and convenient individual packs (5 servings) are available, allowing selection from single servings to multiple portions depending on your needs.
Additionally, "juicy" mix (Okinawan-style mixed rice), soki (pork spare ribs), and sanmaiku (pork belly) are available to accompany your soba.
