Gyoza no Ohsho Brings Back Chilled Noodles and Spicy Chicken for Summer 2026

The popular Chinese restaurant chain Gyoza no Ohsho has kicked off summer with a lineup of limited-time menu items available from April 10, 2026. Three cooling and spicy offerings are now on the menu at "Gyoza no Ohsho" and "GYOZA OHSHO" locations across Japan (some exclusions apply).

Hiyashi Chuka — ¥780 (tax included ¥858)

Hiyashi Chuka

The Hiyashi Chuka features springy, house-made noodles crafted from Hokkaido wheat, served ice-cold in a sauce balanced with moderate sweetness and a bright lemon-accented tartness. Toppings include charcoal-grilled char siu pork, which adds a savory depth and subtle smokiness, along with plump shrimp and other generous ingredients.

Spicy Hiyashi Chuka — ¥880 (tax included ¥968)

Spicy Hiyashi Chuka

For those who prefer heat, the Spicy Hiyashi Chuka coats the same chilled noodles in a bold combination of ichimi chili powder, intensely spicy chili oil, and Sichuan pepper oil (huajiao oil). The result is a punchy, lip-tingling dish that clings to every strand of noodle. Those with a low spice tolerance or young children should take note before ordering.

Sugo Kara Chicken — ¥630 (tax included ¥693)

Sugo Kara Chicken

Returning this season, the Sugo Kara Chicken delivers crispy young chicken seasoned with an addictive chili-pepper heat. The satisfying crunch and spicy kick make it a natural match for a cold beer.

Hiyashi Chuka Pack (Single Serving) — ¥180 (tax included ¥194)

Hiyashi Chuka Pack

A take-home pack version of Gyoza no Ohsho's Hiyashi Chuka is also available, letting customers recreate the taste at home with ease. Note that this item is not available at stores in Hokkaido.

Availability

The limited-time items are on sale from April 10, 2026, with no set end date announced. They are available at Gyoza no Ohsho and GYOZA OHSHO restaurants nationwide, excluding some locations.
