At the Universal CityWalk Osaka location of Hard Rock Cafe, an American restaurant where guests can enjoy food while listening to a variety of music, the worldwide music contest "Hard Rock Rising" is currently underway, aiming to discover and support up-and-coming artists, bands, and DJs. As a project to cheer on the contest, the restaurant is offering a special menu of five food items and four drinks throughout September.
The Japan finals of the contest will also be held at Hard Rock Cafe Universal CityWalk Osaka, where the artist representing Japan will be selected.
The "Hard Rock Rising" special menu features five American-style dishes: the "Lemon & Lime Black Pepper Wings," where the refreshing tartness of lemon and lime meets a kick of black pepper; the "Thai-Style Peanut Broccoli," combining the aroma of fried broccoli with the crunch of peanuts and sesame; the "Seafood Spinach Dip," a creamy dish showcasing the flavor of seafood; the "BBQ Beef Slider," packed with the rich taste of BBQ pulled beef; and the "Pistachio Cheesecake," rich with the flavor of pistachio.
The lineup also includes four distinctive drinks to help build excitement for the contest: the nostalgic "Orange Cream Soda" (available in alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions), the signature margarita "Last Call Dragonrita," brightened with vivid dragon fruit, and the "Spice Yuzu Soda," featuring the refreshing aroma of yuzu with a spiced accent.
