HASHLE, a Belgian waffle and chocolate drink shop operated by Arai Shoji Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President: Ryozo Arai), is launching the second wave of its winter-themed waffle lineup.
Two new varieties—one Liège waffle and one HASHLE waffle—will be available for a limited time from January 1, 2026.

Limited-Time Products: 'Apple Cinnamon,' 'Strawberry Mascarpone,' and 'Chocolat Orange' (Available Since 11/16)
The newly released products are the second wave of items developed around a "winter" theme.
The Liège waffle 'Apple Cinnamon' features sweet and tart dried apples kneaded into dough made with Hokkaido fermented butter, finished with a dusting of cinnamon sugar. It's a comforting flavor perfect for cold days. The HASHLE waffle 'Strawberry Mascarpone' is filled with diced strawberry cream and mascarpone cream, then baked and topped with fruit-filled strawberry chocolate and raspberries for a vibrant winter treat.
Additionally, these two new products, along with the winter-limited HASHLE waffle 'Chocolat Orange' (on sale since 11/16), make up a trio of seasonal offerings that are perfect for Valentine's Day gifting.

HASHLE is a Belgian waffle and chocolate drink shop that opened on November 11, 2024, in Joinus Terrace Futamatagawa, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and on November 25, 2024, in Futako Tamagawa Tokyu Food Show, Setagaya Ward, Tokyo. The shop was established with the desire to "bring Belgian waffles loved in Belgium to more people in Japan." In addition to the distinctive round-shaped "Liège waffle," HASHLE offers the unique "HASHLE waffle," a rare filled waffle style in Japan where ingredients are wrapped inside the dough before baking. Customers can enjoy this new type of waffle with chunky textures and exciting ingredient combinations. HASHLE also sells "Mini Waffles," a smaller version of the Liège waffle sold in assorted boxes.
