Hilton Nagoya is bringing a Korean sweets-themed summer event to its first-floor all-day dining venue "InPlace 3-3 (Three Three)" from May 15 (Friday) to September 13 (Sunday), 2026. The limited-time "Summer Sweets Buffet" blends traditional Korean confections with the latest Korean dessert trends, all crafted by the hotel's pastry team.
This season's theme — "Eat, Refresh, Be Captivated" — sees Korean sweets reimagined with refined techniques and eye-catching presentation, placing equal emphasis on taste and visual appeal.
Summer Sweets Buffet
The buffet offers 16 items in total. A live station takes center stage with freshly shaved Korean ice dessert "Bingsu," served right before guests' eyes.

The bingsu features finely shaved banana-flavored milk ice that melts softly on the palate — light, refreshing, and true to the summer spirit.
Other highlights from the menu include:

Sleepy Teddy Bear Cake — A fluffy sponge cake filled with white peach, melon, and fresh cream, topped with an adorable teddy bear sleeping on a cloud.

White Peach Jelly Rare Cheesecake — A smooth rare cheesecake with white peach jelly enclosed inside, shaped to resemble a white peach and balancing fruity sweetness with a gentle cheesy tang.

Fluffy Mousse — Almond mousse layered with orange and apricot tartness, accented by the fragrance of yuzu.

Yakgwa and Vanilla Ice Cream — Traditional Korean yakgwa, fragrant with honey and ginger, paired alongside smooth vanilla ice cream.

Croffle — A Korean-born treat made by pressing croissant dough in a waffle iron, known for its buttery flavor and satisfying crunch.

Cup Tiramisu — A Korean-style cup tiramisu with light cream and coffee bitterness.

Dubai Choco Mochi — Soft mochi (gyuhi) encasing a chocolate-and-kadaif filling, offering a satisfying contrast of textures.

Banana Roll Cake — Banana and custard rolled in sponge, topped with mango and passion fruit cream for a light, fruity finish.

Fruit Tart — An almond cream tart base adorned with colorful mango, apricot, and other seasonal fruits.

Chilsung Cider Grape Terrine — A grape terrine made using Chilsung Cider, harmonizing the carbonated beverage's refreshing quality with the fruit's natural tartness.

Songpyeon Rice Cake — Traditional Korean songpyeon rice cakes served with a pour of strawberry milk, letting guests enjoy the gentle sweetness and texture of glutinous rice.

Chocolate Banana Cream Pie — Pastry layered with banana and chocolate cream, combining different textures and flavors.

Mango Warabi Mochi and Jasmine-Flavored Ohgyoji — Mango warabi mochi paired with ohgyoji jelly infused with jasmine fragrance.
Rose-Scented Lychee Eclair — An eclair combining the sweetness of lychee and the scent of rose, with a smooth cream that leaves an elegant finish.
Fruit Sandwich — A sandwich made with rich Greek yogurt and seasonal fruits, balancing tartness and natural sweetness.
A savory section rounds out the spread with six items: kimbap, tteokbokki curry, steamed rice, fries, mixed leaf salad and dressing, and a daily salad.

Summer Afternoon Tea
An afternoon tea version under the same theme runs on weekdays when the buffet is not held. Selected sweets from the buffet are elegantly plated with fresh herbs and served one course at a time, creating a more relaxed "refresh" experience.

Guests who book the afternoon tea will also receive one complimentary Abib sheet mask (variety chosen at random). Abib is a natural skincare brand from Korea known for its sheet masks, and the gift ties into the Korean theme of the event.
