This year's strawberry sweets buffet highlights five types of whole cakes. Among them, "Lychee Fraise Mousse" and "Savarin Fraise" are the pastry chef's signature creations. Additionally, Hilton Yokohama introduces its first-ever chocolate fountain as an interactive feature where guests can dip strawberries and other sweets. The popular strawberry tasting section offers multiple varieties including "Kotoka" and "Tochiaika," allowing guests to compare different sweetness levels, acidity, and aromatic characteristics. Lychee Fraise Mousse

Savarin Fraise
