LOVE HAWAII Menu
Specialist chefs showcase their skills across the following dishes.
Chicken Hekka (Hawaiian-Style Sukiyaki)

[July 1 – August 31]
This soul food traces its roots to sukiyaki brought to Hawaii by Japanese immigrants, where it evolved into something distinctly local. A soy sauce-based broth with generous amounts of ginger gives the dish a refreshing, aromatic edge within a sweet flavor profile.
Loaded Fries Bacon & Cheddar

[July 1 – July 24 only]
Golden crispy fries layered with melted cheddar, crispy bacon, the chef's hearty meat Bolognese sauce, and sour cream. Multiple sauces interweave for a richly indulgent take on loaded fries.
Mochiko Chicken

[July 1 – July 24 only]
A popular Hawaiian local food featuring fried chicken coated in mochiko (glutinous rice flour), which produces a crispy exterior and chewy, juicy interior. Best enjoyed first on its own, then with a Chinese-style yurinchi sauce for a tangy, appetite-whetting finish — two delicious experiences in one dish.
Hawaiian Pork and Pineapple Stir-Fry

[July 1 – August 31, Lunch only]
Juicy pork belly stir-fried with pineapple in a colorful dish. The natural enzymes in pineapple tenderize the meat, while a soy-based special sauce combines with the fruit's sweet-and-sour flavor for a light finish that pairs well with rice.
Hawaiian Korean BBQ

[July 1 – July 24, Dinner only]
A stamina dish loved by Hawaiian locals. Pork marinated in a sweet and savory sauce is grilled boldly, filling the plate with a fragrant char and juicy flavors.
Saimin

[July 1 – August 31, Dinner only]
Hawaii's beloved soul food noodle dish. A soy sauce-based broth enriched with dried shrimp and seafood stock creates a deeply satisfying bowl. Made to order at the kitchen counter by a chef working right in front of guests.
Pancakes

[July 1 – August 31]
Soft, fluffy pancakes served with a variety of colorful fruit toppings and sauces to customize as you like.
Haupia

[July 1 – July 24, Dinner only]
A traditional coconut pudding essential to the Hawaiian luau celebration. Made with rich coconut milk for a smooth, jiggly texture, paired with the pastry chef's tangy lilikoi (passion fruit) sauce that accentuates the natural sweetness.
LOVE HAWAII "Summer Vacation" Menu
Summer Vacation Period: Saturday, July 25 – Monday, August 31
As peak summer break arrives, a new round of limited-time menus heightens the Hawaiian atmosphere further.
Hawaiian Chicken Mac & Cheese

Grilled chicken marinated in pineapple juice, served with a rich cheddar Mac & Cheese (macaroni and cheese). The savory chicken and the creamy, melted cheese make for a bold Hawaiian-style combination.
Shrimp Fritter with Mango Mayonnaise

Lightly fried shrimp fritters served with a special mango mayonnaise created by the Chinese cuisine chef — fruity, creamy, and well-balanced. A fresh, summer-ready dish that brings a Hawaiian spin to classic shrimp mayo.
Salt Koji Mochiko Chicken with Macadamia Nuts

Chicken marinated in salt koji to concentrate its umami flavor, lightly coated in rice flour (mochiko), fried, then stir-fried with crunchy macadamia nuts. The contrast between tender chicken and nutty crunch makes for a satisfying, flavor-forward dish.
Pork Chop with Papaya Mango Salsa [Dinner only]

A bone-in pork chop grilled simply and boldly to lock in the natural flavors of the meat, served with a vibrant papaya and mango salsa. The fruity, refreshing sauce balances the richness of the pork for a tropical resort-style experience.
Laulau-Style Fish [Dinner only]

An interpretation of Hawaii's traditional steamed dish "laulau." White fish is carefully wrapped in large taro leaves and slowly steamed, allowing the leaves' fragrant aroma to permeate the fish for a moist, delicate texture. Served with a light chef-made tomato sauce.
Haupia [Lunch only] / Lilikoi Mont Blanc [Dinner only]

For dinner, a festive Mont Blanc takes center stage, featuring lilikoi (passion fruit) — a signature Hawaiian fruit. An almond tart base with banana cream is topped generously with a lilikoi-infused cream, blending fruity sweetness, tanginess, and crispy tart texture in a tropical dessert from the pastry chef.
