WINTER COCKTAIL FAIR

Shimonoyo (Frosty Night)

Shimonoyo cocktail

A hot cocktail perfect for cold winter, layering the mellow sweetness of "The KI NO TOU Kyoto Old Tom Gin Style," the deep richness of fragrant coffee, and house-made syrup and cream combining wasanbon sugar and spices. An adult drink where the aroma and aftertaste rising with the steam are pleasant.

Kansetsu (Citrus Snow)

Kansetsu cocktail

A frozen cocktail based on "The KI NO SEI Kyoto Dry Gin," layering the fragrance of Japanese citrus woven by hassaku and yuzu puree with the bitter-sweet acidity of grapefruit. Enjoy the gorgeous aftertaste.

Baika (Plum Blossom)

Baika cocktail

The gentle sweetness of house-made plum wine using "The KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin" and "The KI NO UME Kyoto Plum and Berry Liqueur," the gorgeous acidity of cranberry, and the refreshing fragrance of yuzu juice harmonize to create an easy-to-drink taste. The snow style decorating the rim of the glass creates a winter atmosphere.
