About KANADE
I have to sing the ultimate love song and save the world
KANADE is a new visual novel game featuring scenario by Ei Asou (euphoria), character design by Yusano (ATRI -My Dear Moments-) and Akio Watanabe (Monogatari series), and theme songs and music by Fuminori Matsumoto (Wonderful Everyday), with "song" playing a crucial thematic role.
Story:
In a future Earth where abnormal plant growth threatens to cover "civilization" with "nature."
In a corner of a city sinking into greenery, a girl visits the boy Yuto, who lives there.
The girl's name is Kanade.
She is Yuto's pen pal, connected through the carrier pigeon he keeps.
Kanade reveals a secret she couldn't share in her letters.
She is half human and half alien, and she must save the world through song.
Confused and surprised, Yuto watches as Kanade demonstrates her ability to calm plants with her song.
"I must sing the ultimate love song in place of my mother and save the world.
So, Yuto-san. Will you fall in love with me?"
Her mother suddenly disappeared,
and Kanade doesn't know the specific method to save the world through song, nor why she needs to fall in love to do so.
Everything is vague, like grasping at clouds.
