Karimoku Furniture's 2026 New Collection Exhibition Opens at Three Locations Across Japan

Karimoku Furniture is launching its 2026 new product exhibition under the theme "HOUSE OF KARIMOKU" at three showroom locations across Japan, starting July 3, 2026. New pieces from up to 15 brands and collections will be on permanent display at each venue.

The concept frames Karimoku Furniture as a single "house," with each brand or collection representing a distinct "room" within it. Spatial direction is handled by NOTA&design, which has been overseeing the Karimoku Commons space since 2024, creating environments that reflect the individual character and philosophy of each brand.

For the exhibition, the main floor of each showroom has been renovated into an industrial-style space with a mortar-like finish. Custom partition walls divide the space into individual "rooms" for each brand, allowing visitors to move between them and experience a range of design approaches. A center lounge in the middle of the space highlights collaborative works created with various companies, designers, and artists, offering a look at how Karimoku's activities extend beyond furniture.
