Limited Sale from January 16 to February 28, 2026
Keisei Electric Railway (headquartered in Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture; President: Takao Amano) will release "Thank You Xiao Xiao & Lei Lei Commemorative Tickets" for a limited time from January 16, 2026 (Friday) to February 28, 2026 (Saturday), expressing gratitude and farewell as twin giant pandas Xiao Xiao and Lei Lei, born at Ueno Zoo on June 23, 2021, return to China.
The commemorative tickets feature photos of Xiao Xiao and Lei Lei and include two "Shitamachi Biyori Tickets" that allow unlimited rides for one day in the Tokyo downtown area of the Keisei Line, priced at 1,060 yen (tax included) per set, available for a limited period.
After use, the tickets can be kept as postcards.

Refunds (minus a 220 yen handling fee) will be provided at sales locations only for unused complete sets (including accessories) in undamaged condition within the validity period.
