A pop-up shop celebrating the world of Tezuka Osamu is coming to Ueno Marui this summer. The "Kenelephant x Tezuka Osamu Characters Shop," a collaboration between Kenelephant's vinyl figure studio Chukukobo and Tezuka Productions, opens on the 5th floor Calendarium of Ueno Marui from August 28 (Friday) to September 6 (Sunday), 2026.
Tezuka Osamu Characters Come to Life as Vinyl Figures
The shop brings together a wide range of Tezuka Osamu character goods, with a special focus on Kenelephant's vinyl figure series "Tezuka Osamu Characters Sofvi Collection." Produced under the supervision of Tezuka Productions, the series transforms iconic scenes from the original manga into three-dimensional vinyl figures (sofvi). Capsule toy items and other collaboration pieces from Kenelephant's lineup are also on sale.
In addition to the vinyl figure series, the shop gathers a variety of Tezuka Osamu character goods, offering visitors the chance to experience the world of Tezuka Osamu's works through a diverse range of items.
The event also features a preview exhibition of new, previously unseen vinyl figures — a highlight not to be missed for fans.
