Kobe Port Tower and Dick Bruna TABLE — the world's first wine bar and cafe restaurant themed around Dick Bruna's illustrations — are holding a summer event titled "KOBE PORT TOWER × Dick Bruna TABLE in KOBE Waterfront Night Time" from July 30 (Thursday) to September 30 (Wednesday), 2026. Facilities across the Kobe Waterfront area join together to immerse the neighborhood in Dick Bruna's world. A dedicated reservation site for collaboration tickets at Kobe Port Tower opens on July 2 (Thursday) at 6:00 PM, offering limited-novelty collaboration admission tickets for the observation floors and rooftop deck.
This year's event centers on a night-time theme, with night-inspired designs appearing throughout Kobe Port Tower's observation floors and rooftop deck. The event spans an area of approximately 1 million square meters — expanding on last year's footprint — and features hotels, restaurants, shopping facilities, an aquarium, and sightseeing boats, all joining together to animate the city. Miffy appears throughout Kobe in a calm, slightly grown-up atmosphere.
Kobe Port Tower: This Year's Visual Theme and Highlights
Night-inspired designs appear at various spots across Kobe Port Tower's observation floors this year. Images of Miffy playing among stars, the moon, and clouds — reminiscent of the picture book miffy's dream — will be displayed throughout the venue. The rooftop deck in particular creates a dreamlike nightscape, as if Miffy is floating in the night sky over Kobe alongside visitors.
Tickets for the rooftop deck and observation floors go on sale July 2 (Thursday) at 6:00 PM through the dedicated reservation site. Admission tickets bundled with a collaboration cafe ticket for the 3rd observation floor, "Ready go round," are scheduled to go on sale in early August. The lower floors (floors 3–4, PORT TERRACE), which are free to enter, will feature collaboration sweets inspired by Dick Bruna's world.
During weekends and the Obon holiday period, a night market is also planned in the surrounding outdoor space, accessible only to those who have purchased an admission ticket for that day.

Rooftop Deck: Brilliance Tiara Open-air Deck

The glass walls of the rooftop deck this year feature Miffy riding on clouds and stars against a night sky. About 100 meters above the ground, visitors can enjoy a view of Kobe's city and harbor with Miffy appearing to float overhead. At night, against what is called a "10-million-dollar" night view, visitors can experience a dreamlike space of stars and Miffy.
Night Market (Surrounding Outdoor Space)

On weekends and during the Obon holiday period from 5:00 PM onward, a night market is planned in the outdoor space adjacent to the tower. Dick Bruna TABLE products and event-exclusive merchandise (announced at a later date) will be available. Only visitors holding a Kobe Port Tower admission ticket for that day may shop at the market. Specific dates and times will be announced separately; check Kobe Port Tower's official website and SNS for updates.
Lower Floors 3–4: RESTAURANT・CAFE&BAR PORT TERRACE (Free Admission)

At PORT TERRACE, the restaurant and cafe & bar on the free-admission floors, a special collaborative sweet is available: "Kobe Port Tower × Dick Bruna TABLE × Port Terrace Collaboration: Fluffy Cake with Miffy Cookie and Milk Soft Serve." The dish features a colorful lamington — a fluffy, sponge-based cake — arranged to evoke Kobe's mountain scenery, topped with soft serve ice cream, a Miffy cookie, and apple jam sauce.
