Development Background
The Fibee Chewy Waffle has been performing well in sales within the Fibee series, with five flavors previously available: Earl Grey, Cocoa, Matcha, Maple, and Hojicha. However, many customers who purchased Fibee Waffles requested "a flavor they could eat even when not in the mood for something sweet" and expressed desire to "eat it as a light meal." This feedback led to the development of the Cheese flavor, which is easy to incorporate into meal times and has gained broad support.

We aimed to create a product where you can truly taste the cheese flavor while maintaining the Fibee brand's identity of being "healthy yet delicious."
Since cheese varies greatly in flavor and richness depending on the type, we examined more than 10 types of cheese ingredients and conducted over 100 test productions. As a result, we arrived at a recipe incorporating three types of cheese (Cheddar, Gouda, and Parmesan). If you heat it, you can enjoy the savory aroma of the toasted cheese on the surface even more!
