Cafe & Dining ZelkovA on the first floor of The Strings Omotesando (Kita-Aoyama, Minato, Tokyo) will be serving the "Strawberry and Apple Hanami Parfait" for a limited period from Wednesday, April 1 to Monday, April 20, 2026.
A Parfait That Celebrates the Arrival of Spring
The parfait features fresh strawberries and sweet apple as the starring ingredients, with cream and chocolate in soft cherry-blossom pink hues to express the joy of spring.

The base layers are built around a rich Assam tea jelly paired with apple caramel compote, slow-cooked to bring out deep flavor. A crunchy cinnamon crumble and light blush-toned cream are layered on top. The ensemble continues with tangy berry sauce, smooth caramel ice cream, and a refreshing apple sorbet. A cherry-blossom pink chocolate dome caps the parfait, with meringue filled with berry sauce and custard tucked inside, and fresh strawberries arranged across the top. A tiny chocolate apple ornament crowns the whole creation, completing what can only be described as a dessert work of art.

The parfait can be enjoyed on the restaurant's SAKURA Terrace, where art cherry blossom trees are in full bloom.
Night Parfait Available by Reservation
As a special feature of the cherry blossom season, a "Night Parfait" will be offered exclusively by reservation during evening hours. After sunset, the SAKURA Terrace transforms into a lit-up night sakura setting. The experience is designed for those looking to treat themselves at the end of the day or to enjoy a sweet finish after drinks.
