The third, savory tier includes a caprese salad and a chilled potage, both suited to summer. Guests can also enjoy a free-flow selection of about 20 drinks, including a peach drink exclusive to the fair, along with black and herbal teas.

Four cocktails are built around Fever-Tree, a premium mixer brand made with botanical ingredients sourced from around the world. Last year's popular "Lemon Sour" returns with an updated recipe using Fever-Tree Lemon Tonic Water and extra lemon for a fruitier finish, and it is joined by three new additions this year. "Blue Jewel" combines the herbal, floral Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water with butterfly pea for a cool blue color, finished with a sparkling jewel-like jelly. "Peach Cloud" layers peach sweetness over the fruity Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water and is topped with pink cotton candy. "Spicy Chocolat" pairs the bold spice of Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer with rich chocolate, finished tableside with two types of chocolate shaved in front of guests.
