FRANCAIS (フランセ), a western confectionery brand specializing in fruit- and nut-inspired sweets, is launching a limited-time shaved ice dessert called "Momoka" (桃香) exclusively at its Omotesando flagship store in Tokyo from June 10, 2026 (Wednesday). The shaved ice photo is for illustration purposes.
Momoka: Peach-Centered Shaved Ice
"Momoka" (桃香) centers on the sweet, juicy flavor of peach. Finely shaved, feather-light ice is layered with fragrant peach syrup and adorned with fresh peach pieces. A smooth cream — made with Hokkaido fresh cream and mascarpone — is served alongside, giving the dessert a rich yet airy finish.
Hidden inside the ice is a cream cheese ice cream that gradually reveals itself as you eat through the layers. The dessert is designed to offer changing flavors bite by bite, inspired by the layered structure of a mille-feuille.
