Park Hyatt Tokyo is set to host a limited-time afternoon tea at The Peak Lounge & Bar on the 41st floor in collaboration with top jeweler Harry Winston, running from Monday, May 11 through Sunday, July 12, 2026.

Founded in New York in 1932, Harry Winston — known as the "King of Diamonds" — has long captivated people around the world with its exceptional high jewelry. The brand's founder and the designers who carry on his spirit have drawn countless inspirations from the energy of New York City, continuously creating beautiful and distinctive pieces.

The Peak Lounge & Bar, with its atrium bathed in natural light and lush bamboo greenery, has been renewed to offer a softer, more welcoming atmosphere. The afternoon tea experience has also evolved, now presenting savories and sweets in a course-style format, followed by a pastry trolley service — a fresh take on the classic afternoon tea ritual.

This Harry Winston collaboration marks the debut of the new service style, bringing together space, cuisine, and service for a more elegant and rhythmically engaging tea time experience.

Savories Evoking Manhattan's Skylines, Sweets with a New York Soul

The theme is "HARRY WINSTON's New York." Inspired by Harry Winston's high jewelry collection, the "New York Collection," both the savories and sweets draw on the iconic scenery and culture of the brand's birthplace.

Led by Executive Pastry Chef Julien Perrinet and Event Chef Takeji Morita, each dish reflects a different aspect of New York. The "Manhattan Skyline" — snow crab and new potato sandwiched in carrot bread — conjures the towering cityscape of skyscrapers. A lobster roll presented in brioche elevates a beloved New York staple into something more refined. Schiacciata with broad beans, green peas, snow peas, and ricotta cheese evokes the fresh breath of spring in Central Park.

Sustainable salmon confit with caviar pays tribute to the vibrant seafood culture of Fulton Market, while a green asparagus and pastrami frittata offers a nod to the food traditions of Little Italy, weaving in the rich diversity that defines New York.

The sweets lineup features an apple dessert inspired by New York's nickname "Big Apple," a classic New York cheesecake, and a salted caramel New York roll — all contemporary reinterpretations of the city's iconic flavors. A brûléed cheesecake served with raspberry coulis adds a vivid contrast to its rich creaminess. Rounding out the experience is a pastry trolley service, featuring signature madeleines, cannelés, and more.
