Keio Seiseki-Sakuragaoka Shopping Center (京王聖蹟桜ヶ丘ショッピングセンター, "Seiseki") in Tama, Tokyo, will hold the "Rascal the Raccoon x Seiseki Christmas" collaboration campaign from Tuesday, November 3 (national holiday) to Friday, December 25, 2026. The campaign is a tie-up with Rascal the Raccoon (ラスカル), an animation and licensing property of Nippon Animation Co., Ltd. (日本アニメーション株式会社), which has its headquarters studio in Tama.
The campaign includes a restaurant fair with giveaway goods, a stamp rally around the building, and TAG cans sold from a vending machine, along with other collaboration events. By linking a local Tama property with the Keio Group, the campaign aims to raise awareness of the Keio Line corridor and encourage more visits and more movement between facilities along the line.

Seiseki Restaurant Fair
For every target menu item ordered at participating restaurants and cafes in Seiseki, visitors receive one randomly chosen original Rascal the Raccoon sticker.
- Period: Friday, November 6 to Friday, December 25, 2026. The giveaway ends without notice once a shop's supply runs out.

Rascal the Raccoon Stamp Rally
Visitors who collect 5 stamps while walking around the building during the period receive an original ballpoint pen.
- Period and hours: Tuesday, December 1 to Friday, December 25, 2026, 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Hours follow the business hours of each rally spot, and the stamp rally ends at 5:00 PM on the last day.

Cans with an original Rascal the Raccoon label are sold during the campaign. The design is chosen at random from 5 types, and a limited number of winning cans come with an acrylic keychain. Sales end when supplies run out.

Greeting Event
Rascal the Raccoon appears at Seiseki for a one-day greeting event, where visitors can take pictures with the character.

- Location: Building B 2F Center Court
- Participation: Free. Numbered tickets are distributed at the venue starting 30 minutes before each session.

About Rascal the Raccoon
Rascal the Raccoon is a character from the TV anime Rascal the Raccoon (あらいぐまラスカル), produced and aired in 1977 as the third title in the "World Masterpiece Theater" (世界名作劇場) series. The anime will mark the 50th anniversary of its broadcast in 2027. Its charming striped tail has won fans across a wide range of generations. In a cutely deformed style, Rascal the Raccoon is active mainly in digital content and on social media, and has become a popular character featured in collaborations across many genres.
