Bakery & Restaurant Sawamura is introducing three new summer seasonal drinks starting June 18, 2026. The lineup — a Pineapple Mint Soda, Mango Tea Soda, and Lemon Cream Latte — features house-made syrups prepared by in-house baristas, alongside fresh fruit flavors. The drinks are available for both dine-in and takeout.
Pineapple Mint Soda — ¥777 (tax included, takeout price)
Two varieties of house-made syrup — pineapple and mint — are blended with an additive-free French syrup. The drink balances the juicy sweetness and tartness of pineapple with a cooling hint of mint, making it a crisp, refreshing option for hot summer days.
Mango Tea Soda — ¥777 (tax included, takeout price)
Mango-flavored rooibos tea is combined with mango syrup and topped with sparkling soda. Fresh mango pulp adds a textural contrast, and the vivid color gradient of the drink is reminiscent of a summer sunset.
Lemon Cream Latte — ¥842 (tax included, takeout price)
Espresso from coffee beans roasted at Sawamura Roastery is paired with house-made lemon syrup. A special cream — made from condensed milk and lemon syrup — is layered on top, resulting in a rich yet light latte with depth of flavor. This drink is only available at Sawamura Roastery Karuizawa and Bakery Lounge Sawamura Nakameguro.
