Café Toastina on the second floor of Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel (Maihama, Urayasu City) will be holding the "Pie × Tart Sweets & Bakery" fair from April 1 to April 30, 2026. The lineup brings together crispy pastry doughs and fragrant tart shells paired with vanilla cream, seasonal dark cherries, and aromatic nuts, celebrating the arrival of spring. A themed sweets box and an afternoon tea set are also available.

Chocolate Millefeuille — ¥950

Engadine Tart — ¥950
Inspired by the Swiss classic "Engadiner," this tart features a walnut-laced base filled with banana mousse hiding a caramel brûlée layer, topped with a refreshing lemon cream. Edible alyssum flowers add a cheerful spring touch.

Nutty Pie Choux — ¥950
A light, crispy choux-pastry puff generously piped with pecan nut Chantilly cream. Caramelized pecans and a hint of salted caramel sauce add a pleasantly sweet-salty accent, making this a satisfyingly hearty treat.

A buttery croissant dough wraps sweet almond cream and dark cherries, baked until golden. The juicy tartness of the cherry and the gentle sweetness of the almond cream meld together in every bite.

This quiche stars spring rapeseed flowers in a light croissant dough crust. Bacon, corn, egg, and cheese complement the slight bitterness of the rapeseed flowers, with the cheese's saltiness tying everything together.
