Guest speaker Yoshiyuki Honda from Ei-SHO-GEN Co., Ltd. will introduce the charm and enjoyment of Chinese liquor, centering on Shaoxing wine, celebrated as one of the world's three great fine wines. After the seminar, guests will enjoy a one-day-only original course paired with Ei-SHO-GEN's Shaoxing wine, crafted by the chef, featuring dishes such as Shaoxing Wine-Marinated Angel Shrimp and Clams and Steamed Vegetables with Black Vinegar Sauce.
