Shin-Yokohama Prince Hotel is bringing a cherry blossom twist to its rooftop barbecue experience this spring. The hotel's seventh-floor outdoor venue, ROOF TOP BBQ BREEZE TERRACE SHINYOKOHAMA, will be running a limited-time "Sakura BBQ" plan from March 16 (Monday) to April 15 (Wednesday), 2026.
Located just a two-minute walk from Shin-Yokohama Station, the rooftop terrace offers what the hotel calls an "urban resort BBQ" setting. For the cherry blossom season, the menu features sakura-themed dishes cooked on a full-scale American gas grill, and the venue itself will be decorated with cherry blossom motifs, including a photo-worthy spot for guests to enjoy.


The Sakura BBQ menu highlights springtime flavors, including cherry trout wrapped and cooked in paper (50g), chicken thighs seasoned with pickled cherry blossoms (100g), salt-cured pork belly (80g), thick-cut beef rib roast (150g), a shell-on Hiougi scallop, a sakura shrimp quiche, Bologna sausage (80g), a spring vegetable grill of bamboo shoots, rapeseed flowers, and red radish, and cherry blossom and plain marshmallows. The plan is designed for gatherings such as send-off parties and spring get-togethers, where guests can enjoy the spring breeze alongside hanami-style dining.
