STRI (ストリ), a rooftop restaurant on the 8th floor of A-ETA Machida in Machida, Tokyo, will hold a limited-time "Asian Resort Buffet" during lunch from July 1 (Wednesday) to September 15 (Tuesday), 2026. The special summer buffet offers authentic Asian dishes ranging from Hainan Chicken Rice and Pho to tropical sweets and refreshing drinks, all set against a resort-style atmosphere with a view.

1. Customizable Hainan Chicken Rice
Juicy poached chicken paired with jasmine rice steeped in rich chicken flavor forms the base of this dish. Diners can personalize it by choosing from a selection of free-choice toppings to create their own ideal plate.
2. Special Pho
Silky rice noodles are served in a carefully crafted broth and garnished with fresh herbs such as lemon and cilantro. Light and refreshing, this dish is well suited to the summer heat.
3. Special Mojito (Supervised by Bar ROJY)
A summer-only mocktail created in collaboration with Bar ROJY (ロジー), an authentic cocktail bar in Machida. Packed with the aroma of fresh mint and lime, this non-alcoholic mojito is a refreshing pairing with the Asian dishes on the buffet.
4. Mango Shaved Ice (Live Kitchen)
