The City Bakery has launched its second original craft beer in collaboration with BrewDog, the UK's No. 1 craft beer brand. The new craft pilsner, named "TINY FANG," is available from April 23, 2026, at The City Bakery locations across Japan.
TINY FANG is a craft pilsner developed with BrewDog, featuring a crisp, clean finish layered with delicate hop aromas. Designed to be enjoyed alongside bread and food, it strikes a refined balance between lightness and depth, enhancing the flavors of any meal — a sophisticated choice for urban everyday dining.

A coarse-ground fresh sausage — specially ordered from Nagano charcuterie workshop "Delicatessen Yamabuki" — is paired with a baker's handmade pretzel bun that's crispy on the outside and chewy within. Served with a house-made whole-grain mustard infused with tomato acidity and hop aroma. Optionally topped with domestic craft hot sauce "Mellow Habanero."

Roasted Pork Ribs with Spiced Cream Sauce
Slow-cooked pork spare ribs are paired with a ruby grapefruit-scented cream sauce and a green curry sauce with a pleasant heat. The punchy spice aroma and the subtle bitterness of hops used as a secret ingredient make for a perfect pairing with TINY FANG. Smooth mashed potatoes and the cream sauce round out the rich, mellow flavors. Best enjoyed with a side of freshly baked bread to scoop up the sauce.
