The Premier series represents the pinnacle of Wako's confectionery craftsmanship, pursuing excellence from ingredient selection to production methods. These cakes are designed to elevate special moments beyond the ordinary, featuring carefully selected premium ingredients and meticulously calculated layered structures that showcase the patissier's refined techniques. Each creation embodies Wako's aesthetic sensibility, truly living up to the "Premier" (highest grade) name.

The cakes are approximately 1.5 times larger than standard size, perfect for sharing or for indulging in a luxurious personal treat.

This third addition to the Premier series captures the vibrant beauty of seasonal Amaou strawberries combined with Ginza's signature sophistication in a single cake.

The Amaou strawberry brand takes its name from the first letters of the Japanese words for "red, round, large, and delicious." This luxurious shortcake features a moist sponge baked with Hokkaido wheat flour and Tokushima Wasanbon sugar, layered with three types of cream: fresh cream, strawberry cream, and custard cream. Generous slices of Amaou strawberries are layered throughout.

This layered parfait features fresh, juicy Amaou strawberries with their beautiful glossy red color, complemented by rosé wine jelly and mascarpone cream that enhance the strawberries' natural appeal.

The refreshing acidity of strawberries harmonizes with gentle richness, while careful attention to mouthfeel and texture variations creates a light, delicate finish. This vibrant creation evokes the arrival of spring.
