Wolfgang's Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener, the New York-born steakhouse brand, is joining "Fresh! Fun! HAWAI'I," a Hawaii-themed fair at Kyoto Takashimaya S.C. (Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto) running from July 29 (Wed) to August 4 (Tue).

At the event, Wolfgang's Steakhouse offers its "Taste of Hawaii" set — built around a bone-in sirloin steak that reflects the brand's focus on quality, aging, and searing, paired with a popular salad and classic side dishes — for both dine-in and takeout. Takeout-only options include dishes arranged from its signature prime steak, along with other menu favorites from its restaurants.

In Hawaii, Wolfgang's Steakhouse runs its Waikiki location in an exceptional spot at the heart of Waikiki, inside the Royal Hawaiian Center. The restaurant serves a wide range of occasions there, from meals between sightseeing and shopping to family and friend gatherings, anniversaries, and wedding parties.

About Wolfgang's Steakhouse

Wolfgang's Steakhouse uses only beef graded USDA Prime — the U.S. Department of Agriculture's top quality tier. Sourced chilled rather than frozen, the beef is dry-aged for 28 days in a dedicated in-house aging room under controlled temperature and humidity. The long dry-aging process deepens the umami and tenderness of the lean meat, which is then cut thick and seared whole, plate and all, in a 900°C oven before being served straight to the table.

In Japan, Wolfgang's Steakhouse operates locations in Roppongi, Marunouchi, Osaka, and Fukuoka, with its newest branch, Takanawa, opening in September 2025. A Nagoya branch — the brand's first in the Tokai region — is planned to open in September 2026.

The brand also runs two additional concepts: the more upscale Wolfgang's Steakhouse Signature in Aoyama, and Wolfgang's Steakhouse TEPPAN in Ginza, built around the concept of enjoying the brand's quality-, aging-, and searing-focused prime steak teppanyaki-style.
