Aman Tokyo's Italian restaurant Arva, located on the 33rd floor of the hotel in Otemachi, Tokyo, will host a special Italian sweets buffet called "Dolce in Arva: Infiorata" over two days — June 6 (Saturday) and 7 (Sunday), 2026. The event is inspired by the Infiorata (Le Infiorate di Spello), a traditional festival held in Spello, Umbria, Italy, where the streets are adorned with intricate mosaics crafted entirely from flower petals.
Alongside this, La Patisserie by Aman Tokyo at OOTEMORI B2F will offer two new limited-edition cakes for Mother's Day and Father's Day.
Dolce in Arva: Infiorata

At Arva, the Infiorata's vibrant flower petal artwork is reinterpreted through the language of aroma. In place of colors, the buffet presents Italian confections each carrying a distinct fragrance — citrus, herbs, florals, and spices — arranged together as a "mosaic of scents."
The lineup includes Lattaiolo, a simple Tuscan-style baked custard with a fresh lemon fragrance; Zuppa Inglese, a classic Italian dessert layering Alchermes-soaked sponge and cream with a hint of rose; and Polenta e Osei, inspired by northern Italian cuisine, a confection filled with chocolate and hazelnut cream with a subtle herbal nuance. Also on the menu are Nucatoli, a spiced Sicilian pastry with a rich fragrance; Biscotti Regina, gently scented with orange flower; and Mandorle, featuring a bright burst of orange peel — together evoking the diverse sweets of Italy's regions.
During each session, guests can also watch a mini parfait being assembled on the spot. The buffet is complemented by savory dishes, pasta, and a free-flow selection of herbal teas and other beverages, all enjoyed with sweeping views of Tokyo from the 33rd floor.

Limited-Edition Cakes for Mother's Day and Father's Day

For Mother's Day, the Pistachio Saint-Honoré will be available from May 6 (Wednesday) to May 9 (Saturday), 2026. The classic French pastry is reimagined with choux pastry filled with pistachio-infused custard cream and a touch of raspberry jam, topped generously with Chantilly cream made from pistachio and mascarpone. The deep, nutty richness of pistachio is offset by a refreshing raspberry finish, creating a light yet layered dessert.

For Father's Day, the Forêt Noire will be on offer from June 15 (Monday) to June 20 (Saturday), 2026. A moist chocolate sponge is layered with smooth vanilla mousse and cherries marinated in Grand Marnier, then enveloped in bittersweet chocolate mousse. On the palate, the bitterness of cacao mingles with the rich fragrance of the liqueur, leaving a deep and lingering finish. Chocolate copeaux on top add a pleasing textural contrast — a classic, sophisticated cake for adult tastes.
