The "Mount Fuji SWICY Double Burger" (富士山SWICYダブルバーガー) was conceived to showcase the bounty of Yamanashi in a single dish, with every component tied to the region.
About the "Mount Fuji SWICY Double Burger"
The burger is built on a fluffy, Mount Fuji-shaped brioche bun and stacked with a double patty — 120g each of Koshu wine beef (甲州ワインビーフ) and Yamanashi venison (山梨県産鹿肉). The combination of these two distinct meats creates a juicy, layered flavor with real depth.

Melted cheddar cheese and a soft fried egg tie the layers together smoothly, while grilled onions add a gentle sweetness. The "SWICY" — a blend of sweet and spicy — teriyaki sauce is the defining element, combining sriracha, sweet chili sauce, and mustard mayo for a complex, multi-layered kick. Crisp Fuji lettuce, grown at the foot of Mount Fuji, completes the burger with a fresh, satisfying crunch.
Head Chef Toshinobu Murakami (村上 俊明) developed this burger to capture the appeal of Yamanashi's ingredients on a single plate. The rich umami of Koshu wine beef and the bold yet delicate character of locally sourced venison are layered to create depth in both texture and flavor.
