From March 1 to April 30, 2026, guests can enjoy the Spring Luxury Parfait featuring Japanese matcha and brown sugar, alongside the Spring Cocktail Selection showcasing seasonal flavors.

A Japanese-Modern Parfait Celebrating Spring with Matcha and Brown Sugar

The Bar & Lounge, offering panoramic views of Tokyo's nightscape from the hotel's top floor, features "adult desserts" designed to complement dining and drinks. The desserts incorporate actual spirits served at the bar and are presented in cocktail glasses and wine glasses, creating a distinctive bar-style finishing touch.

The Spring Luxury Parfait available in March and April combines the subtle bitterness of Uji matcha with the deep sweetness of brown sugar in a Japanese-inspired creation. The parfait layers smooth ice cream with tsubu-an (sweet red bean paste), matcha and brown sugar warabi mochi, crumble, and pâte sucrée tart dough, offering a variety of textures.

Spring Cocktail Selection

Fresh berries and amanatsu citrus add bright acidity as an accent, while a finishing touch of Crème de Cacao liqueur adds sophisticated depth.

During the same period, the bar introduces three Japanese-style cocktails featuring cherry blossom, strawberry, and matcha.
