Keio Plaza Hotel Hachioji (Hachioji City, Tokyo; General Manager: Kazuhiko Ichimura) will open two new Little Twin Stars character rooms on March 18, 2026, with reservations beginning January 16 at 1:00 PM. This addition marks the third Sanrio character room offering at the hotel, following the popular Hello Kitty Rooms and My Melody & Kuromi Rooms, making it the only venue in western Tokyo to feature multiple Sanrio character accommodations.
A Dreamy Space Inspired by Kiki & Lala
The new Little Twin Stars Rooms feature a gentle, fantastical atmosphere centered around pastel colors. The design showcases the twin siblings Kiki & Lala who arrived on a unicorn, along with decorative elements featuring stars, moons, and rainbows, creating an otherworldly stay. The ceiling is designed to evoke a night sky, adorned with twinkling stars forming the Milky Way and charming constellations. Each room includes a raised seating area where guests can relax without shoes, providing a safe and comfortable space especially suitable for families with small children.
Exclusive Original Amenities
Guests can take home specially designed amenities including Little Twin Stars mascots, cotton gather bags, mini bath amenity bottles, skincare sets, toothbrushes, slippers, and mineral water—all featuring original designs exclusive to Keio Plaza Hotel Hachioji. Since July 2023, Keio Plaza Hotel Hachioji has operated two Hello Kitty Rooms and two My Melody & Kuromi Rooms as permanent accommodations. These character rooms have maintained approximately 90% occupancy over the past two years, primarily attracting families with young children. Recently, international demand has been increasing alongside the rise in inbound tourism. With this proven track record and the 50th anniversary of Little Twin Stars in 2025, the hotel decided to expand its character room offerings.

About Little Twin Stars (Kiki & Lala)
Born on the Omoiyari Star in the Yume Nebula, these twin siblings traveled from a distant star kingdom to become shining stars. Elder sister Lala is timid and a bit of a crybaby, while younger brother Kiki is curious, slightly hasty, and loves mischief.
