Menya NOBUNAGA, a ramen brand operated by NOBUNAGA Co., Ltd., is marking the 2nd anniversary of its founding with a "Menya NOBUNAGA Founding Festival" on Friday, August 7 and Saturday, August 8, 2026, at its three Tokyo locations: Kyobashi, Kayabacho, and Tsukiji.
Guests who order ramen during the event hours will receive a "Permanent Free Topping Ticket" and a "Free NOBUNAGA Ramen Ticket" for their next visit, on a first-come, first-served basis — up to 150 guests per store, for a total of 450 guests across the three locations.
Two years have passed since the brand's founding in August 2024. Menya NOBUNAGA has been supported by guests who return again and again, as well as by visitors from far away and overseas who choose the restaurant. This festival is a way to show appreciation for that support.
Thanking Guests for Today's Bowl, and the Next One Too
Rather than let the celebration end with a single bowl on the day itself, Menya NOBUNAGA wanted a way to keep expressing its thanks the next time guests come back.
That's why the festival includes both a "Permanent Free Topping Ticket" and a "Free NOBUNAGA Ramen Ticket" for the next visit.
The festival reflects the restaurant's hope to be a place guests return to again and again, not just once.

This ticket lets guests enjoy one bowl of Menya NOBUNAGA's signature "NOBUNAGA Ramen" for free on their next visit.

"NOBUNAGA Ramen" is Menya NOBUNAGA's signature dish, featuring a rich chicken paitan broth slow-simmered and layered with seafood flavor.
It's served with firm, medium-thick curly noodles that hold the soup well. Toppings such as sakura shrimp, onion, and fried garlic add layers of aroma and flavor with every bite.

From Its 2024 Founding to 4 Stores in Tokyo
Menya NOBUNAGA was founded in August 2024, opening its first location in Kyobashi that December. It has since expanded to Kayabacho, Tsukiji, and Shintomicho, and now operates four stores in Tokyo.
Marking its 2nd anniversary as a new milestone, Menya NOBUNAGA will continue refining its food and service to deliver memorable experiences to guests from Japan and abroad.
